What you ll select Salad(healthy food) or junk food?

when i eat salads and fruits that give me a feeling that i am eating something good and by eating that i ll get flawless skin......... So if you aimed to have healthy food what would be in your mind, for what you ll select that?

Fruits and vegetable salads are very healthy and good for our body. It is often used when you want to be on a diet. I also love eating salads, especially the vegetable salad. I love eating salad that is freshly made, so I make sure that I make one every single day. It is the best with lots of cherry tomatoes.

I would rather eat salad and I am eating that right now. I refuse to eat junk food now a days. I agree eating salad will give you a flawless skin and a healthy body as well. Eating junk food will only give you more harm since you'll soon gain weight and will have water retention due to the fact that it has a lot of sodium in it. So better be healthy and eat salad most of the time

Salads and fruits are very good and healthy. Re salads, too much dressing defeats the objective. One way to reduce the amount of dressing is to add some of the fruit to the salad for moistness and variety of taste. Vegetables, too, are healthy and make excellent salads in their own right. Dr. Nicholas Perricone, an expert on skincare suggests eating salmon for "flawless skin". There is a vegetable dish my friend from Pakistan served once and I wonder if you have the recipe or some of the ingredients - it was potatoes with peas. I believe it had cumin in it, but I'd appreciate it if you would advise re any other ingredients you know of. Amounts are not necessary. Thank you.

I usually a fan of salads and I preferred to eat those over junk foods as part of my diet. However, I have one day in a week of what I call "free day" wherein I eat what is not in my balanced diet meals, so I will not crave that much for these junk foods since I eat those once a week. :)

Sure, i will prefer to eat salad than the junk food. Junk food consists of high level of salt which is unhealthy for us. Even though junk food may be more tasty than salad but like i said it is unhealthy food. By the way, salad is best to eat when we are on diet. My friend even eat salad for breakfast, he loves salad indeed.

Earlier i used to eat alot of junk food.and i became obese eating them.now that i am doing weight loss i eat more salad.I ocassionally eat junk ,just to kill my apitite.

Salads are very good. For me the perfect salad would be with sliced grilled chicken, veggies and mandarin oranges with raspberry vinaigrette. also yogurt and eggs are good to.

I like both very much. And as far as Junk food is considered, I prefer only masala puri. I can't be there without taking either fruit salad or vegetable salad in the morning and masala puri in the evening time. These two meal sessions are my favorite of a day. That too, I need a cup of tea after every meal and I would just enjoy a tea immediately after taking masala puri. I don't know whether it's good or bad for health but I just can't help ignoring this but I keep compromising with my mind that am taking Salad everyday to balance the diet. Salad is very good for health and I have been prescribed by the doctor to make it as a regular practice. Especially, we need to add tomato and green peas to our salad that nourishes our body and makes our mechanism to work faster in a effective way.

I've been choosing salad over junk food for quite awhile now. I still don't have flawless skin. lol But I'm a good healthy weight and I feel great the majority of the time. I hardly ever get sick anymore, and most of my friend my age who are eating lots of junk food actually end up getting sick all the time. Funny how that works. You eat healthy and suddenly you're healthier! Who knew! But if you find the food for flawless skin, let me know. Cause I haven't found it yet.

Hi Sadafsakhawat, Vegetables and Fruits are the ones Healthy for me. But I would want to stress out here that Eating them with Condiments that contains Mono Sodium Glutamate, for me, is not Good. So, I would prefer to eat my Fruits Naturally. On the other hand, Vegetables must be cooked with out any special Ingredients. Salt or Salted Fish we called it "Ba-go-ong" for me would be enough. Thanks Dennis
