Fighting Fat in the Belly

Today accumulation of Fat has become a common factor. Many tease the fat people for their fat accumulation. The fat people suffer a lot for they are not able to do work, walk distances and do household work. The fat person is easily affected by blood pressure and diabetes. It is better to take pre-caust6ion. The researchers say that consuming apples, beans and grean peas daily helps to reduce visceral fat. If one takes 10 grams of soluble fibre, he can reduce 7.4 of fat accumulation. But one must be peac eful and tranquil while undertaking any theraphy. The stress or too much anxiety may render any application of theraphy immune. One should not be too much obsessed. One should have confidence and take things easy. One should learn to accept the negative remarks with serenity. When we undertake any measure with trust and serenity then it really works out.

Well, most of fat people are like that because they don't want to make any effort about having a slimmer and healthier body, as they spend all their energy into complaining about being fat and about how much they hate slim people, who seem to automatically have an eating disorder just because they have the body they want.
I see nothing wrong with liking your body, but that fat pride is going too far, denying that they have a body that is risking their health, and insisting that it's better and "healthier" to be overweight.

I agree with you, it's true that when it comes to food, its so hard to avoid specially if the all delicious, tasty, humm yummm.
I have extra pounds in my belly, but i can't avoid eating good food. Good food is a blessing from God, and if you can just taste my cooking! so good, me and my BF are always food tripping...hahaha

If this is the case, then I might begin to eat apples more often. They are one fruit which I don't tend to eat, and I do have a lot of fat around my stomach so maybe this piece of advice would be useful to me. I also recommend drinking lots of water, as this can help to make everything in your body work so that you don't have to worry about storing so much fat. I have lost 4 stones in the past nine months, and still have a lot more to go and a lot of the fat it in my stomach and hips. I will try this tip and see how I get on.

Fat is something a lot of people fight with and it's really difficult to really say how to get rid of it, as everyone's body is different. What might work for one person doesn't work for the other person and so on and so forth. I think that a lot of people don't realize this and get frustrated after trying only a few things. One thing that does help everyone though, is to eat healthier and drink more water. If we can do that then we accomplish more.

I have a fat belly. It never dissappear since I was 11. Although many methods were tried only a fat belly become not so fat belly. Still the fat is there. Maybe because I drink coke everyday so it bloated. I guess I must cut off coke to get a flat belly. Cheers.

hi there, great that you came up with this topic, sometimes i dont want t o start a topic like this because maybe some heavy persons might feel insult, heheh im not so heavy but im 15 pounds over so im not so bad but im in the way to be fat, its so dificult to fiight against fats, easy t gain and dificult to lose it, i do workout, swimin and running to have a balance weight, and try no to eat, i think a great sugestion also could be is eat 5 times at day small portions of food and before 7pm so our body can digest any heavy food, this what it works for me,

Hi srjac0902!
I was feeling guilty when i read your thread hahaha, actually that's the reason why i replied so quickly. I had been collecting fats in my belly for the last 4 years i guess, although i am active person, my activity/exercise just can't able to burn all so a bigger percentage is stored. But it didn't give me frustrations, i am still happy with myself.
I am blaming it on my decreasing metabolism, well, the only consolation to me is that my laboratories are all in normal values. I hope i can maintain it.
