My daughter and I were outside. I asked her to check on my back because I thought there was a bee on me. She said why did I have to check your back? I said I saw a bee coming toward me and I was making sure it wasn't on me. She said maybe it was trying to play Hide and Seek with you. LOL =) What have your kids said that just makes you laugh? =)

My daughter, who is only 2 and a half, informed me yesterday that she was going to be a monkey when she grew up. I asked her why. So she could play in the trees all the time. at least she had a good reason.

i have a new one to add. my daughter took each piece of my cinnamon raisin bread out and threw it away because it had spots and was yucky. I was not happy at almost a whole loaf of bread being thrown away.

I used to have really long hair (like half-way down my back). When I moved country, I shaved my head to look more 'respectable' for job interviews (even though I didn't have to). I had this exchange with one of my nephews: Him: It looks weird. Me: Oh, thanks... *chuckle* Him: No, I mean you looked weird before, but now you look... er... Me:

hi lovingmybabies My son is now52 so whatever funny things he said I really dont remember except the morning he was caught with my sewing scissors cutting off the long fringe on one side of the new towel my mom had given me. I was aghast but when I asked him why he did that he was very earnest."mommy grandma gave you a towel whose ends are all unraveling. I just stopped them from doing that." I told him that fringe was decoration and was supposed to'be like that,. He had a hard time believing that was done on purpose. I had to laugh as he was so earnest about it.I did get the scissors back and saved the fringe on the other end of the towel. lol. where he got some of the words in his vocabulary was beyond me. He was five at the time.He turned out to be a very gifted child whom we sent to a private school of the gifted.

How cute! When my daughter was 2, she crawled up into my lap one day and I said, "What am I, your personal monkey bars?" She just smiled sweetly up at me and said, "You love me!" What's a mom to do, eh? Melt my pea-pickin' little heart!

Hahaha! Funny kid! LOL! She must be smart. I think she didn't mean to make a joke but unintentionally made you laugh because you don't expect to hear that from her. PS: Seriously, her joke made me laugh too. :D

my kids are all grown up already, 21 and 18 and i don't remember! but i am sure there were lots of funny things that they said when they were younger. i have to share though a daughter of my office mate, who, when upon seeing the refrigerator, exclaimed, "the ref is boring!" , seeing nothing to eat.

Hiya LMB, My two when they were smaller came out with some good ones as well so many I just can´t remember all of them. My eldest came out with one. A next Door Neighbour of my Mom´s used to give a bit of pocket money to him when she saw him. One of the times she asked him will this be alright or shall I give you a bit more. He said "Well seeing as I have´nt seen you in ages lets make it fifty pence" and she just roared with laughing like I did. Did I expect that one no way and she did give him the 50 pence just for his cheek. Of course he only ever used to see her every Month or so as I was never permanent in the House at my Mom´s as I had to go and work in Wales.xxx

When my daughter was 3 I had her at the laundry mat with me. There was this ogre of a man there. My daughter walked up to him and said "Do you want to go home with my mommy" at the time it was so embarrassing but it is funny now. Have a blessed day!

i think i have got it. and children always do that cute. as i know, that you daughter just thought that the bee are the same kind as human beings. though they are quite different from we human beings are. but children don't know that as they are very young to know. but when they recegonized more things they would know the differece. as i was little i would do the same interesting things that when i now recalled it i just can't hardly believe. i don't know why i thought this way. that one day my father went out for work as usual and there are my mom and i stayed in home. and i suddently got a phote of my parents and i. i looked over and over again then felt that my father would not come home again cuz he was be in caught in the photograph. wow, what the fun thing i have thought about. how i thought this way? my mom was just besides me and i cried over and over again, besides my mom. i cried and told mom i wanted my dad. my mom just told that dad was going to come back very soon. but i am still cried (i cried tendly,no shouting) i kept on doing that. and i think my mom didn't understand how i act like that suddently that moment. maybe she would feel something. but she can never understand me that moment only when i told her. this is really a funny thing and if i told my mom about this she would feel very intersting but i didn't and wouldn't cuz now i have know this kind of thing was just a joke. though i am little that time. just because i am an audlt and i think in different way from children. just share my experience here.
