What's the Best Vacation for a couple?

My gf's birthday is fast approaching and I couldn't make up my mind on what to do on her special days. I have thought of a lot of ideas like going for a trip, or maybe have dinner in a romantic place, or just chill-out somewhere where it just the two of us, etc...but all of these are just mere plans. I can't seem to decide. I need help.

--Not quite sure on your budget or what kind of vacation your looking for. But my husband and I went to Waikaloa on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was so, so beautiful. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. We stayed at the Hilton Waikaloa. If your looking for a intimate vacation, I definitely recommend there. My opinion, the island itself was kind of boring. Unless you like to fish, see volcanic activity, etc. But if you stay and enjoy what's in Waikaloa I'm sure you will enjoy your stay there. Hope this helps.:)

Take her to a beach or something. It's going to be expensive but, believe me, it'll be worth it. You will be one of those days you will never forget.

Think back. Has your GF mentioned a place that sounded interesting? A restaurant or motel/hotel? If she has I would surprise her with going there. If she hasn't but you of a place she would like I would do that. Make her day special. Maybe with flowers and breakfast in bed, or sen/take her her favorite flowers. Think about what she would like. You know her better than anyone.

That really depends on the budget, and for how long your girlfriend go out from their home. Can she go out overnight?
I was looking at your profile and find out you are from Cebu. A lot of places to go there! Why don't you go out of the city and go somewhere to the North or South? There are a lot of beaches there. Go to a place where you both is not familiar so it looks like you both are having adventure. It doesn't require a lot of money anyway! Go as far as South end and North end.
