personal energy fields

When we are angry, frightened, or otherwise stressed we build a negative energy field around ourselves. Science has proved this, they can even measure it. But what this negative energy does is keep the positive things in our lives from reaching us. This is one reason why I keep pushing Tapping as a help with stress, If I could go to each of you and teach you how to do this very simple thing I would, but I can't. So I give you tapping.com. and advise you to watch the video and then work with it a couple of times. It helps so much with the emotional component of stress which then frees you to face the rest of the causes with a calm mind. So please if you are havign stress take my hand and follow me in this. Thanks for sharing this....again. I do remember you mentioning it when I started a discussion about being stressed out. I do get stressed out all the time and had completely forgotten about this. I watched the video and did it at the same time with the guy. It did help a lot and Ive bookmarked it and now that Ive done it, I remember how its done. Im going to watch the other videos. Maybe they have one for fears !!!

Oooh they have videos to stop smoking too.....well I think Im going to be listening to a lot of videos for a while. Hey thanks for reminding me of this.....It has to work for me!

Hi savypat, I watched part of the video and saved it so that I can watch it all later. I'm already familiar with this technique but had tried it and stopped. Maybe I didn't keep working at it for a long enough time, as some of my friends highly recommend it. Since you feel that it's really worthwhile, I'm going to have another look at it. Blessings.

One of the things that may be happening is you are not defining the feeling you wish to get rid of. I always feel it in my belly, many feel it in shoulders or back. Even though it's emotional try to give it a physical place for this treatment. A side effect I get is relief of pain in my fingers that have arthritis in them. This can last for many hours. Some great thoughts and ideas here. Especially since lately my life is Full of a lot of stressors, and many days I begin to wonder when this will ever end as well. I do know that all I can do is just continue to Pray and believe and Trust god that one day this all will end, and it will be worth it all. But learning how to get thru them without allowing myself to get too down or depressed is the key.

I agree in regards to personal energy fields. Some people emit negative vibes quite strongly and I feel very affected by these individuals. Tapping.com is a very useful site. I once saw a lecture by a doctor whose name escapes me. He talked about using tapping techniques during difficult times for those addicted to emotional overeating. I tried the steps he described during the talk and I have to say that it worked more often than not!

Well I know all about tapping, and I do it all the time, but my stress is no better. I can tell you that I am a nervous person by nature and I always tap or shake my leg. Does it calm me down? well only for the moment. After that, I am stressing all over agin. I have also noticed that in the last few years my stress has increased. As did my nervous tapping or shaking. So, I do not think this will help me.

Did you visit the video? I don't think you are using Tapping in the way that will releive your stress. Try this just once and see.

oh that was a nice and informative video Pat, thank you very much, yes I believe that the human body has different energy fields and I think it's called an aura and believe me or not I have seen it so many times,I think seeing it is no big deal, anyone can do it if they are open or want to, when I first saw it, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me
