milkshakes are like people,,they should blend together to taste great.. when asking someone out, it's best to avoid: THE FAKE BUMP. you know, where you pretend to trip and fall on her - too risky it will probably look fake, and will certainly make you look uncoordinated. THE BAD PICK UP LINE. "hey baby, are those space pants...." No. PITY. "i just got out of a long relationship, and i need you to make it better..." Not good. these are just some of the "what to avoid" when asking out someone,, do you have some tips too,,share it with me =) check me out for more,, i'll be posting about discussions regarding RELATIONSHIPS, LOVE LOVE LOVE =)

I think the pick-up lines you posted there are pretty lame. I mean, why don't you just be yourself and ask someone out? It's just like saying "hey do you want to get coffee or something?" if the person eludes the topic then they're not for you. If they say 'yes' then you're there. How difficult is that? The main reason why these things fail is the fact that they're fake. They're not the real person, they're copied from some frustrated script-writer or something. They're not genuine and I don't think anyone would like to go out with someone not genuine. So just be yourself and ask the person out. If the person doesn't accept, then what have you got to lose? Have a great MyLot experience today!

well you should not be so straight at times and always have to make sure in a good relationship that we have to be nice and always make sure that we must be indirect and more matured in terms of poses

Yeah, I think that you should just ask the person if they want to go out with you or not. Most people appreciate the truth of the matter, and besides, if they don't oblige, then the timing isn't right. If it's someone you really like, then make sure you're not coming on too strong, and test the waters a bit. Introduce yourself to the person, make them know you're alive. Chat them up. Talk to them. That always seems to work.
