I saw my teacher reading a book today using her laptop. I was very amazed because although I have heard about E-books I haven't really seen someone using it in my face. It's just so cool to fuse your book and your laptop so that you won't have to many things to bring on a trip. I was really in awe. How about you guys, what do you think about E-books? Have you read an E-book ever? If so can you tell me where I can find free and safe E-books? I really, badly want to try reading one. Thanks. Have a nice day.

At this time, many sites on the Internet that offer free ebook like 4shared, ziddu and others. I'm very love ebook because give easiness for me because with ebook I just do copy - paste (control + V) on laptop without having to retype the quote that I want, but to read it, I still prefer the book in form like usual

Thank you Advokatku. I didn't know 4shared offers E-books too. I haven't heard of ziddu yet. I will surely check it out. Well real book is also good, but E-book is sometimes free. Hehehe. Thanks for the post. It's very helpful to me. I'll be sure to rate it. :)

I've been reading ebooks for about 2 years now, but I don't read them in laptop or computer because the widescreen makes me dizzy when I'm scrolling so I usually read them in my mobile phone. Ebooks are usually in PDF file, you can find and download certain stories/novels somewhere in internet, there are a lot available.

Thanks for the advise. I use my ipad in reading books as of now. Yes the big screen indeed makes me dizzy. By the way what genre do you read?

Genre you ask...I don't really have much preference, as long as the story piques my interest I read it. ^^ I've read adventure, friendship, fantasy, little romance and many others.

The only E-books I have ever read were textbooks for my online classes. It is nice to have that option because that way you don't have to carry heavy textbooks around, especially if you are traveling. I haven't read any novels in this format, but I do like being able to mark in books without having to mess up books. I don't know where you can get free e-books.

Oh well too bad. I'm really interested in reading FREE ebooks since I'm stingy. Well you are right ebooks are indeed handy specially when traveling. Those real books could really be heavy specially if they are hard bound and if they are thick.

I don't have a steady internet connection here in Indonesia. To only browse requires some times, so I don't get a hope of ever reading books online. Moreover, I like to lay down on a bed or a sofa when I read...

Oh too bad with your browser. I'm sorry to hear that. But well reading a real book is also fun and convenient when you put it your way. I mean lying down, standing up, or any position or even reading at the bathroom is possible if it's a real book. Hehehe..

Hi there. Yes, I've been using e-book while studying. I've been using my tablet to have my e-book. It's very much comfortable to have e-book rather than a lot of books. You can have a thousand books at your hand with e-books, so I really love them. YOu can download e-books at ebook3000.com or alot more sites you can deal with.

Well before, I could say that academic books are hard to come by in the internet as an E-BOOK. But now, I'm actually seeing a lot of them. For instance, when I was reviewing for my board exam I got to download a reviewer in an e-book form. :)
