Urinary issues can show up in frequency of urination...yet there are other possibilities that are not the result of illness or disease. A spastic sphincter muscle can result in either frequent urination or even incontinence. While a bladder infection can result in frequent urination and other issues. Some people experience a lessening of the elasticity of the bladder resulting in less ability to hold as much fluid. Best thing to do is go ahead and have the tests done, they could rule out any serious issues and eliminate worry.

You have given some good information imnobodyspecial, which I was not knowing. I have the problem of frequency. At my age the doctors diagnosed as diabetes but I have not had any other symptoms associated with the disease. With the knowledge provided by you I am feeling something like that may be the case. I shall consult my physician. Thanks.

maybe your body respond bad to something you drink. Several years ago i have the same problem, i don't count how many times i go to the bathroom, but i feel that it's more than a normal person, so first i reduce all my drinks and only drink mineral water. After that i only go to the bathroom two or three times a day, then i start drinks several kind of drinks and the problem is back. so slowly i test all my drinks one by one. it turns out that somehow my body respond to sweet tea by making me go to the bathroom more than it should be, but other sweet drinks like soda or coffee doesn't do that, so now i reduce my tea drinking. You should test by only drinks mineral water and check if you still have the problem.

Hi Sada, It runs in my family to have to go often, though I never count. But I did have bladder infection once several years ago, which made it difficult. Has this always been the same for you, or just recently? If it's been like that your whole life, I would not be as worried, though great that you have gotten tests to try to diagnose it. 2 hours, I don't find too awkward, especially in the evening.

It may be normal if you drink too much. It also may not be normal, especially if you dont drink too much. It can be very serious as well (diabetes insipidus). If you could add some more information on how much urine a day you produce, how much you drink, whether or not you have to go during the night and if there are other symptoms - e.g. feeling of pain/burning during urination.

It can be normal if you are under stress. If you are not under stress then seek a doctor. When ever i am under stress i frequent the wash room by every half hour.

I just think that you really need to the doctor to see if there is no problem with your bladder. Let us just hope that everything will be fine and everything will be back to normal. Because if it just happened to you then you really shouldn't take it for granted before it can get worse.

You better go see your doctor and never self medicate. If you think you wake up early in the morning to just pee more than three times and you are not a pregnant woman, then it seems that you really have a problem in that particular area.

Yes, that was always happening to me, since I drink lots of water. Everytime I urinate, I drink a glass of water. My doctor told me to do so because I'm suffering Urinary track Infection. Well, maybe you always go to the washroom because you drink lots of water. Well, if not, maybe there's something wrong with your health. You must consult your doctor to prevent such things.
