I'm A solo parent to a 4 yr old girl, as I see my daughter grow up I realize I need to spend more time with her. I am working full time plus when I'm home from work I still go online looking for work from home jobs. I guess one of my challenges is time.. There’s just not enough. I'm off on weekends so I spend my entire day with her, but when Monday comes, she clings to me not wanting me to go to work.. it doesn’t annoy me… if anything it makes me wanna stay- however, I need money- I need work to support her. So what about the fellow solo parents here? What are your challenges?

I understand what you are going through as I am a single mom too. You are right, it's always not enough. I used to work on 3 jobs in order to survive. And that doesn't give me much time to spend with my kids. My great challenge right now is to build up my home based business. At the same time, I am earning a bit here and there online. If there are more ways to earn online, I guess I would want to do it as well.

I know what you mean. I used to have to go through this with my daughter also. There is never enough time in a day when you are a working parent.

I am a female and raised two kids completely on my own. With no father in the picture and or monetary help of any kind. I too as you worked full time and made sure to spend as much quality time with them. It was quite challenging because I had a full career and wanted to be a Super mom too. But the rewards are limitless as my two are grown and thank me to the tilt for all of my efforts and sleepless nights. I was with them all evening and helped with their homework. When they went to bed was when I could tend to housework and or bills. So I dropped like a rock each and every night, plus also nearly fell asleep at their school and sports events but I do not regret one second of it. My children are very respectful and well behaved.
