I have quit quite a few of the gpt sites because of an issue with their telephone verification. I tried to do their telephone verification and their sites tried to tell me that the phone number that I use as my personal phone every day was not valid. When I emailed their support teams, they suggested that I used a fake number even though I told them it is my cell phone number and I don't have a home phone. I finally quit arguing with them and left their site.
