i signed up to netflix using paypal and since i have paypal connect i used that as payment but they charge me twice
both paypal and netflix
since i dont have much on my debit card i used that paypal credit thing but i owe paypal 10.97 and my bank charged me 35 dollar fee for innsuffiecent funds

I am very sorry to hear that. I would get a hold of Paypal by phone and explain to them what happened. I would also call your bank about it also. Maybe they can straighten it out for you and not charge you that fee because it was not your fault.

Could you get paypal to reverse the charges, since it's been paid for twice, then withdraw you're earnings from paypal into your bank account? I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean so sorry if this isn't much help. I think the best way to go is to do that so you won't owe paypal anymore, or if you do maybe it will be a less amount. What's important is getting that $35.00 charge paid off and quick!
