The new Thundercats series

So I just watched the premiere of the new Thundercats cartoon. I grew up with Thundercats and owned everything that was about them. I must say that this new cartoon puts the original to shame. It takes itself a whole lot more seriously. The original was fantastic but it was campy as were many cartoons of our youth. I seriously recommend everyone to watch the new one. Let me know if you agree with me about it here. I love the new direction it has taken the series in. I was just so hyped about it after watching it had to pass it on.

Yes, some gal was mentioning this recently. Hope she catches this as she might be excited to talk to a fellow fan. I remember watching this with my daughter when it was on tv many years back. It was pretty cute. I would be curious to see what the improve has been and where they are taking it.

The main improvement that I caught was it takes itself much more seriously. Comedy is still there but it is a serious aspect much more than the old one. The have redone the mythos of the series a little bit as well such as you are seeing them before the destruction of thundera which is great

I don't think really hit an older crowd but maybe be acceptable by an older crowd to sit and watch with the younger crowd.
