I am not working properly in my Company?

My dear friends and virtual family members you all are knows mylot is a Company and we all are workers or employee are there. Because mylot Company paying the money for our work and if best work more money, not good work then loose money.
But I think since last week I am not working properly because my 3 discussions are deleted two answers are deleted. So I feel upset I know this is my mistake. My all friends are not support me only they say ohhh surekha your topic is really good but they forget to rated it so I feel I am looser.
I think rest is necessary for me for some days to understand what is wrong in my discussion or in my responses why mylotter not rated on my responses or discussion so I will on leave for 13 to 17 July. So I can manage myself and I hope when I will came back then I can prove myself.
Share your views you will miss my discussion or responses. You are also think this rest is necessary for me. I am not working good.

Hello Surekha,
Don't be upset for your reputation friend it happens on MYLOT.I tell you when i joined MYLOT 3 months back and reached to (100) posts i got a reputation of "4" and suddenly it went down to "3" and then in 2 months there was fluctuation it climbed maximum up to "8" and this month only i reached to "9" for the first time so its not a surprise factor for me if goes down to "8" tomorrow as this is not in your hand and the only thing which is in our hand is to write good responses and good discussions so that we can gain maximum +s from the MYLOTTERS.
Now i come to you break from MYLOT always its better to take break from your work offline/online if you are upset with it. I know these 3~4 days will fill you with positive energy and lot of creativity that will again take you to the position from where you came down.

Thanks friends sjvg really I was upset in the morning but after my discussion my husband has a girlfriends and tomorrow is friendship day I feel better. I think my all friends are forget to give me plus sign so my reputation is going down but no worry because mylot is not depend upon only reputation.

I'm sorry to hear that your discussions have been deleted. I have not been online much on myLot lately due to offline work. I guess sometimes we are pressured with many things in life that sometimes we don't think very well. Hopefully after your rest you will be refreshed and able to put up nice discussions again. Yes, I will miss your discussions and responses and will look forward to seeing them again very soon. Have a good rest and take care, my friend.

Thanks friend for supporting me good you are came back really I feel so sad now a days but today I feel better because I start a funny discussion again that my husband has a girl friend. So my all tension is now free.

Ohh no friend this is also pole type discussion no I think not I am telling to all for rectifying my mistake if I doing in my Company so how it is pole type I dont know what basis they are decide this is pole type discussion.

Well, I am glad that you are trying to find your own problem, then you will trying to improve it within your capability. I admire someone would do something like that. Nowadays, not many people willing to accept that they have their own problem, and trying to look into it. To make us better, we should know our own problem first.

I am backtracking my dear sweet friend and catching up with discussions while I was away. I am so sorry to see your reputation has dropped. Do not worry as you are a very polite and happy person. Sometimes it takes a bit of time but with your reputation points I am sure you will rise soon.
We all enjoy your happy discussions and know that we will help with all the positivity you bring forth to the community. I saw a few mistakes but do not worry about them, so as long as we learn from them myLot Admins are very considerate from errors. It is always my understanding from the responses I saw admin give that if it is a repeat pattern then they take measures. So need not worry my friend you have lots of caring friends here that will surely help wit your positivity to the community.

don't get disappointed with the discussions and responses you had that were deleted. i suggest better treat them as challenges to make your posts better and prevent them from being removed. it's not you or the newbies alone that experience this, even the veterans or the old time members also had and still posting some discussions and response that got deleted. good luck and hope you will be back soon for the better.

Well, we are all only human and that does mean that we are prone to making mistakes from time to time. That is something that we have to learn to accept and by doing that it will make our lives a lot easier. With that said, you shouldn't get upset when your discussions get deleted because I would venture to guess that it is something that has happened to all of us. I know that it is something that has happened to me many times in the past.

Well, I don't see it as that we work for MyLot, we are members of MyLot and we together make it possible. As far as the posts go, try re-reading the guidelines again. I know that don't like poll type posts or questions. Also I do not think they like it when we post about other sites where we give a url. And do not write about bashing MyLot. But, I have had some of my posts deleted, it's all trial and error. The best advice I could give is to keep the posts topical and interesting.
