No rice diet again for me

I need to focus on my diet again, and start to really pay attention to it. Lately I've noticed that I've been eating a lot again, and I think I'm gaining weight again. I don't want to look fat on my grandparents 50th golden wedding anniversary. No rice diet again for me starting tomorrow, and definitely no in between meals. How about you my fellow mylotters? how's your diet? how do you lose weight?

It's kind of irritating, cause I exercise everyday and I do not lose any weight. I have not GAINED any weight, but still. It's annoying. Though, I must admit I snack at nighttime often, so that might be my downfall.

Indeed, eating snacks at night time is not a good idea. You're still lucky that you're able to maintain your weight. Try to avoid eating snacks during night time, you might lose weight after that. have a great day ahead.

Actually, i am not really dieting Auds. I just want to lessen the unwanted fat in the stomach area. I guess, i just have to exercise everyday, not every other day. Go Auds! You can do it again !

Will surely do Tita D! If only I can exercise everyday too, anyways it's ok since no rice diet is really effective for me.

I know how hard it is to loose weight. I have to get back to the proper diet for myself. I am diabetic and I have not been very good lately. I have more to loose then others do. So, after this weekend, I will start getting in gear for eating right. I have to stay away from bread which I was not doing lately.

Hello! I need to lose weight too but I can't skip rice. We have a limited budget now so I cant buy extra food for me like soup or tea that I prefer when I'm on a diet. I do walk for hours around our area to loose weight.

walking is good, I wish I could also find time to exercise. I'm working almost 24/7 so I don't have much time to exercise.

I was able to lose weight by not eating rice for 6 months. I was only eating oats and vegetables as a source of my carbohydrates. I also ate brown rice or corn rice if I crave for white rice. You could also drink HCG or green tea extract with L-carnitine if you want lose body fats.
