Why do we need Antioxidants

Antioxidants eliminate free radicals caused by oxidation which can harm and destroy cells and even cause death. Oxidation can cause an amount of health problems including cancer, diabetes and heart disease amongst others. To counter this, it is essential to eat foods that contain antioxidants. They can also be acquired in artificial form but are not as strong as those found in natural foods and various dietary supplements may not be appropriately absorbed by the body. Therefore, eating foods rich in antioxidants are your top bet. So keep in mind the benefits of eating healthy and living a worthy life. If you feel you're showing cardiovascular symptoms, directly go to the physician and get yourself checked. And if you aren't, there's no cause why you shouldn't stop this disease which kills so many people globally.

What are the foods that are high in antioxidants? Oh I might research for this one. I am drinking gluthathione before, not because I want to get whiter since that is only the side effects. I drink gluthathione for my liver, for antioxidant. I believe toxins are everywhere. The biggest toxin source is this, staying online in the computer for longer time. We need to drink anti-oxidants to save ourselves from cancer and other disease. Little amount of money is needed and we need to drink it everyday. it is better than curing it when we are already in the hospital and having headache on how to pay our bills.

Like you said antioxidants are removing free radicals besides it also helps to slow down the process of aging. Oxidants can cause cancer and other health problems so intake of antioxidants like green leafy vegetable will reduce our risk in some diseases brought by oxidation.

Drinking alot of water also helps to flush out all the free radicals and any other nasty stuff our bodies get moving in on them. Water is a life saver. Keeps us from getting dehydrated and filters out the kidneys and helps us have nicer skin. Yes, water is something we all need to drink more of.

antioxidants is the most important we should have to avoid having disease and of course to make our self stay looking young and healthy,and because we are now in modern world there are many diseases out there who will intrusion to our body through food we eat or liquid we drink even we smell called toxic.
