Being overweight

Being heavy, even if it is just by a few pounds which make you a little extra round than others, sets you up as a mark for weight loss activities, and abruptly it feels as if all the commercials regarding weight loss in the mass media are targeted at you; even though it is not actually the case. Being self-conscious because you are overweight is or even a little overheavy really what makes you more conscious of them than anything else. People has made it clear that being overweight is not normal and is also very unwelcome, and even young children are mocked and annoyed in school from early days. Some people are built larger than others, and no matter what approaches are pursued to lose weight nothing is effective. You may primarily lose a few pounds in the beginning, but your body will add them again later because this is your normal balance and nature does all to keep it that way.

People who are overweight are being mocked and teased. They are called pig and anything disgusting because they weigh very heavy. it does not look good if you look obese. I saw some ladies that were skirts and tops and they are very big. I guess too much confidence they have that is why they successfully carry the dress. But not all of them look cute in that outfit. They might feel confident and comfortable but not all appreciate it. I think most of the people that sees them are laughing at their back on how they look like. I think if they start to feel conscious about what they look they start to change right away. They are the ones that will benefits from it. Some obese cannot stand anymore and undergoing surgery in the feet since the feet can no longer handle the weight of the body. if they really want to be healthy I hope they start right away.

Unwelcome? I didn't even realize for along time that I was overweight. Until one day I happened to look in the mirror. No, this wasn't something I did on a daily basis. You see I have severe depression with panic attacks so days go by and I don't even get out of my room. You really have to reach a place where losing weight is something you can commit to. I did for about three months and lost 35 pounds.
