I like to bake chicken with balsamic vinegar. What do Is mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar together then I rub it on to a whole chicken. Then I season the chicken with poultry seasoning. I then bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour and a half. The chicken comes out really tender and juicy and tastes really good. Be sure to use the poultry seasoning inside of the chicken as well.

Hello there. I hope even it has been days before you had posted your topic, this could add to your list of chicken dishes. :) Add to your list "tinola", pineapple chicken and chicken curry. Pineappled chicken is cooked with coconut milk, pineapple juice and pineapple slice. There are available curry powder in the market too. I have a small canteen business and I cook sometimes. I learned to cook from my helper who is good. I wish to learn more dishes, ofcourse

Ok friend, I have another concern. You will combine pineapple and coconut milk? My stomach is a little sensitive to coconut. what would be the other substitute for it?

It is like cooking menudo less the tomatosauce. Instead, add the curry powder that is available in the market. Sometimes, I add coconut milk too in this dish but the curry powder will do

Hello vycess. I'm having chicken and brown rice for supper. I have some left over baked chicken I have removed from the bones. There is also some broth left over from some other chicken dishes. I used the bones to make a broth and will cook my rice in that with some turmeric and add my chicken when the rice is almost finished cooking. If I find some peas in the freezer I will add them to the dish. If I don't have any peas I will make a side with some frozen mixed vegetables with a nice sauce.

You can try cooking it in coconut milk. We call that "tinutungan" because the coconut is being toasted in a pan until it is a bit burnt. Then you can extract the coconut milk from it and cook you chicken in it, together with some peppercorns, vinegar, salt and garlic. Or you can cook it tinola style.

Hainanese Chicken is simple...boil cutlets of chicken. then when done all u need is 3 sauces (1) mince ginger cooked over oil, (2) hoisin sauce and (3) chili sauce ...serve the chicken with steam rice and put the 3 sauces on the side Braise Chicken in Barberque Sauce...preferrable chicken wings but any cutlets will do...on a pan just drop everything...chicken cuts, barberque sauce, mince garlic, brown sugar, sweet&chili sauce...cook slowly on a medium fire till sauce thickens

We usually make chicken fried rice, baked chicken w/ various veggies, chicken alfredo, home made chicken nuggets, breaded chicken, chicken salads are all that I can think of at the minute. We make quite a bit of chicken because it's a cheap meat and beef is way too expensive and pork isn't far behind I'm afraid.

Casseroles, cazuelas (soup with chicken pieces, potato, squash and corn on the cb plus green beans or peas and rice), with a tomat sauce ovr a pasta, cut in pieces inside a shepherd´s pie. You name it. Roasted, baked, barbecued, grilled. I love chicken and itñ´s healthy nd not that spensive. I make delicious veggie soups and creams with the bones.

Since you are from Philippines, I would suggest trying out sinampalukan. It is one of my fave Filipino chicken dish.
