There is a new research that says chewing gum help relieve anxiety, improve alertness and reduce stress. They say that it can also benefit weight loss and oral health.
This is absolutely good news. This by far is the most economical and convenient way of handling stress.

I've heard that chewing gums can help lose weight and helps in our oral health. I've read that in some magazine that I totally forgot. But, it did not include in the article that it can help relieve anxiety and others that you mentioned. This is such a good news. I think, I'm gonna buy some chewing gums from now on so that I won't feel that stressful in the office.. Hehehehe
I really love the lotters.. Thank you for this helpful information, thetis.. :D

And ohh, I remember.. I have read also that if you are having a double chin, like the unwanted fats around your neck, chewing gums can help because it can have our muscles exercised. :D And yes, sugar-free gum is best recommended. :D
