At present, my husband take me go to work on every morning. Then, he'll pick me up on every afternoon.
Firstly, I feel happy about this. But now, I feel bored. I want to have more private time such as going out with my colleagues after working etc v.v...
There are many people said that I'm a happy woman because I have a husband who take me go to work everyday.
How about you? Do you want to like me? Do you like your husband take you go to work everyday?

You should be feeling proud, tk. Many women would want their husband to take them to and from work. At least they feel secured that their husband is always around.
Perhaps once in a while you could tell him that you want to hangout with friends and ask him not to come fetch you home on that day. I'm sure he would understand that you want to spend time with your friends and colleagues. But then, when the time comes for him to do the same thing, I'm sure he would want you to allow him to do so too.

Thank you for your detail analysis
I feel better after your response. I think you're right. I'll discuss to my husband about these.

That will depend. If he is doing it because he wants to show affection, I think I will like that. However, if he is being to possessive and does not give me room to have time to socialize or do other stuff alone, that can be a red flag.
Rarely would you see husband being affectionate to their wife. As he allot time to fetch and send you to work is something that you should appreciate. However, there should be a set boundary wherein you can sometimes break free from that routine and try things out by yourself.

Oh, you're very smart in this case. I think he did it because he loves me. But I sometimes feel uncomfortable. If I said that I want to go out with my friends, he'll be ok. But I don't want to leave him alone.

Yes. I used to like for my husband to take me to work when I worked outside of my home. I now work at home though.

My partner has never taken me to places before, as we've never had a car, however this is all set to change when I go back to complete my final year of University in September. We have been thinking about getting a car for a while, as he is struggling to get a job at the moment and there will be more opportunities open to him if he is able to get further without having to rely on public transport. Because I will be paying for the car, he has agreed to take me to where I need to go each morning so that I don't have to pay for public transport on top of the costs for the car. I am happy about this, as it changes a two hour journey into one which will only take twenty minutes; so I am really looking forward to being able to relax a little bit more next year than I have been able to this year.

I currently am not working outside of the home, but I understand what you mean. Sometimes we need the alone time so that we have something to look forward to when we get back home. When I did work, I drove me to work daily and hopefully soon I will be doing it again.

I drive myself to work. Do you have more than 1 vehicle? If so, you could drive yourself. Just tell your husband you would like to try it for a week or two. Then see how you like it. Just a suggestion. Best Wishes!
