how to stay healthy and fit?

walking is the best. every morning i wake up late, because of my schecdlue at work - but still i need to walk everyday- this is to maintain a healthy living. this became my daily habit. how about you?

Daily exercise like walking, yoga and eating the right kind of food and with right amount helps a lot for me to become healthy an fit. Although, I really have a hard time toning up my stomach LOL. This is the only part of my body which I wanna work out more.

me also.. hehe. and its very hard also to maintain healthy food - since im not really fan of vege... additional also is the veri hectic time, so i keep on buying cooked foods already.

You are right. Walking is the best, the cheapest. NO special gears are needed. You can walk any time, either in the morning or in the afternoon. I prefer walking in the morning. I usually combine walking and jogging. For example my workout duration is 30 minutes. I start walking for 5 minutes, wo minutes jogging, and finally 5 minutes walking again. If you do like I do, you will see a better result.

well i wasn't necessarily in shape, but i used to eat diet food alot. oddly enough i wasn't trying to lose weight but i lost like 30 pounds in all. i used to eat healthy choice and lean cuisine brands. but once i stopped eating them i gained like every pound back. i dont really excercise much though.

I think walking is also the best exercise for people out there who don't have much time to go to a gym or do other more complex exercise. I can't wake up early to go for a walk, so the only time that I can go for a walk, is when I need to get orders for my clients. When I had this job of mine, my other acquaintances noticed that I became thinner. I am just not sure if it is due to the stress caused by the job or the walking thing. Maybe, a bit of both.

I exercise everyday and once or twice a week I swim. I also try to eat healthy and reduce fat and salt. I hope do more but I have hectic life style and I don't have time to do more. I wish you nice day!

walking is the best habit to keep us healthy, but i guess there is one thing that we need to remember to keep us healthy and fit inside and out.. this is to stay HAPPY, to have a positive outlook everyday make us healthy..
