I have heard a lot of people saying that having enough sleep is healthy for us. Now does it mean that if we lack sleep, it would be bad for our health? Is there real danger if we don't have enough sleep on a regular basis?

koperty3 Well it cost millions of £'s every year to remove those things from the pavements. It's sticky and really hard to remove. I remember one time when it had happened to me I had had to frozen my shoe to remove it. Maybe odd idea but it always work.
