What the meaning of the star and each color above our avatar or profile?

Im really confuse what its mean the star and their color? is this a sign or a warning. I dont understand what is that. so i was afraid if this is a warning to me. beside each star have a number sign.plz tell what this sign? thanks

Yeah. I also personally wonder what it is. I think it is good. It is meant to be good. I hope I could have one too if that is really meant to be good.hehe..if i got one will i know? can i see it on my own profile? I think those stars and their color indicates that someone ranks us good or something. We could get those i think if someone us rank us because on how good our comment is...that is what i think..Yeah, again, if it means something good. I want to have one:))

You got your star when you reached 100 in your activity. I see it is a 7. You want a higher star, so pay attention to the guidelines and the faq. Each level has a color, for instance blue goes for a 10, which is the highest star you can receive. If you hover your cursor over your star you will see what percentage of mylot users has rated you with a +. It is a good idea to review the guidelines and faq often so that you will know how to post quality posts. I hope you plan to come back to comment to each response, as that is how you earn and also how you build a good reputation.
