Ideas for website!!

Maybe I am too inspired by mylot and other making-money websites LOL...Ok, here is the story: I don`t know anything about website making whatsoever, but I have a dream someday I can have websites like mylot. A few days ago, in a forum, I suddenly read a post posted by a programmer who is going to create website, but stuck about the ideas. then I sent him personal message. I have an idea about creating football forum that can be developed into online media and where visitors can participate in creating quiz or play games and we can pay them or give rewards.Of course, we must create something different as there are lots of football forums in media like BBC,skysports and so on. I have always wanted to create websites that can pay its visitors but of course, it takes time. My second idea...he likes this, but it is impossible to create it with only tow people. As I used to be English teacher, it would be great if we can create websites like www.livemocha.com, where we can interact with people around the world and learn new languages. but I want more than just livemocha. I want to create something like that, but there can be forums where teachers can apply to teach online,share lesson plan, ideas and get points and students can have online class. He likes the ideas, but it should be done later as we need more people to so it. Back to football forum, hope next month we can get started with the idea,but can you help how to create football forum that can be different from others, that can give more to visitors?of course, we must get profit too LOL..yeah, I need your idea what to put in the forum so it can be more eye-cathcy..need your ideas please...thank you
