Well chances are they are going to find out anyways. Legally the old husband does not have any rights to who their ex wife is with. But it might be best to tell him your self rather then him hearing it from someone else. If you are saying that the ex husband pays support then he may be able to take your to court and get his alimony reduced, but usually that just matters if you marry the other person, but he could certainly try with a live in boyfriend as well.

First, the divorced person, it also during the marriage was not working and / or towards children up to 8 years under owner is entitled to a so-called post-marital spousal support.
Whether the debtor is married here again, does not matter.
The amount is determined by the court and depends on many factors, attorneys can deal with it very long.
Lives with dependent person but in a "cohabitation" they may lose the right to maintenance after divorce. Accountability is not, the debtor must initiate this.
Anecdote: I have always liked and of course paid maintenance for my children before they went to me. However, I have not seen, whose mother also donate even a thick extra income just because they are too lazy to work and also long had a new partner, who filled the fridge and also appears to otherwise participated in the cost of living.
In order to forego the extra income can not, they simply claimed that this was just a good friend, and from then on would be to visit. I doubt I reported to the Family Court, said the person sent an invitation, just that testify under oath.
Promptly pulled the "other side" returns all claims to spousal support from me

If the spouse is not divorced, there are, as far as I know, also no maintenance!
Otherwise, each spouse would indeed pay child support!
Addendum: Right, well I'm lying wrong, officially estranged from the controls already a lawyer!
But I think, the claim again until after marriage!

I think he can, if agreed in the divorce.
With a new marriage that probably looks different.
I l**r admitted that maintenance is paid instead of a fictitious loan back, so I still continue to pay until the "loan" is paid back.
