How many days you can be off at your company?

As labor law, I have 12 off days per year with full salary. Besides, my company permits us to have 15 other off days without salary, of course. Moreover, if we're off more than that days, we'll be subtracted year-end-bonus.
My company is easy to permit us off without any discipline method.
How about your company? Are they easy or hard when you want to be off?
How many days you can be off per year?

Wow, only 12 day offs per year with pay and 15 other without? That is stressful 
. I get to have 2 day offs per week and that is without pay. So I get to have lots of time resting every month. It's good you have day off with pay, hope we do that here as well.

It is about the same in our country.
For executive workers, they are entitled to have longer annual leaves by comparing to non-executive workers.
For your information, the sick leaves and the annual leaves are counted separately.
If any of the employees has more than the entitled annual leaves or the medical leaves, the excess leaves will be considered as unpaid leaves.
Their wages will be deducted in accordingly.

I work at home all by myself so I can actually take off when I want to. I work seven days a week right now though and do not want to take the time off and lose money. I will take more time off when my husband retires though, in 7 more years.

I really don't know how the system works yet. I just started a new fulltime job Monday. I guess we get 38.75 hour a year. They just recommend that we don't exceed that. They prefer we save 3 days in case of emergency purposes. Best Wishes!

WOW. That's a lot. Our company only allow us 6 days off a year, 3 for the planned off and 3 for emergency/sick off. Worst, we need to have reasons when filing for a leave. It's been like this ever since and people are complaining, but it didn't work. I've been in this company 2 years now and I dunno much about laws and stuffs, but is there a law regarding leaves/days off? How many days off should there be? Is our company normal?
