I am loosing her now, I doubt I will loose her completely , She is very special for me , I loved her so much but now our relation is getting worse because she finds no future with me. She may manage life without me but I can..what should I do...

Move on. If she sees no future with you, that's her decision and you can't change it.

"She may manage life without me ..." Yeah, she probably will. Most people are grown up enough to manage on their own. The question is, are you? What are you looking for in a relationship? Be careful that you are not just looking for a 'mother-substitute'! Some girls like that but many don't want that at at all.

That's the problem. When you can't live without person X, you'll end up smothering them. That's why you are falling apart.
My suggestion is you need to learn how to live yourself. Once you do that, you'll be ready to marry someone.
People can't fix you. Only God can do that. Trying to get a person, such as this girl, to fix you, will only make her unhappy.
