Do you know that sore eyes can not be transmitted by just looking at the eyes of the patient? I really thought before that looking to a sore eyed person can get you same eye problem too. My mom always told me before not to look to their eyes. But now, after studying my four years in nursing, I already knew that it can't be transmitted by looking unto it but by shaking hands with the patient, or sore eyed person then putting your hands on your eyes. It is transmitted to casual contact. So always wash your hands! How about you? Did you also believed when you are still kid that it can be transmitted by looking unto it?

SOme infections are very catching and it is important to always wash your hands. When people use the bathroom they should wash their hands. That is one of the easiest ways for germs to pass. Whether it is an eye problem or any other. I know that the inflamation that makes the eyes red is catching and easily passed.
