Setting oneself free from issues?

My problems range from arrangement to work issues. I do these small things from home while listening to the news. I have problems trying to keep connected and my mind on things. There are other aspects that worry me too, but I am unaware of how to deal with it because of my nos disorder. Does anyone have any pointers?

i suggest writing everything down.. everything. and then ticking everything off as you go along.. not only will you get everything sorted calmly, one by one, you'll feel a real sense of achievement and self worth when you tick something off and see your list getting smaller and smaller :)

Sometimes, when things get too stressful for me I cast all my worries out to the Universe and try my hardest to stay in the present moment and focus on what I am doing. It is not easy by any means but if you get into the habit of concentrating on the ‘now’ your mind will wander less and less thus possibly reducing your stress levels.

i wish i could throw the problems off the face of the planet but there are so many strings attached that i am suffocating desperately without a clue as to a labyrinth to get out of it.

I know exactly what you are going through. I deal with this daily in my life also. I just try to stay busy and work towards my hopes and dreams and try not to allow too much time to dwell on things that bring me down.

It's like trying to take down kudzu when there is forty five tons of root underneath the earth that you cannot dig up and burn.
