Myspace, facebook, hi5 and many other social networks pop up in the net. We love to join them, and we love to share our daily activities with people, we know or someone we don't know. According to some rumor, there will be a social network that is under its way to be available for all of us to join. It is called "Diaspora", what a strange name, and not so easy to remember, probably for some people. I did a search on google search engine, this site still on protocol level, and not fully ready yet. I just curious what was such a fuss about this website, and people would spread out this news before it is launched.

I think that many people might have seen how successful certain social networking websites have been and they will have been trying to think about what they can do to have a little bit of that success for themselves. However, I don't think that anything will ever be able to be as big as what our biggest social networking website is at the moment unless something happens that means that people don't want to use that website any more. If that would be the case, then it is seriously important that another company is there to take people as soon as possible, as it will be them who benefit from the situation.

i think there will be with the way the internet is growing i dont think its a good idea and is stupid we already have so many social networking sites that allow strangers to see way too far into our private lives back when there were not any social networking sites we did not have to worry about people being stalked then killed from meeting someone over the internet i agree they are good sites to keep up with friends that you dont really get to see anymore but like tweeter for example...no one needs to know what you just did in the bathroom or what you are doing in the bathroom and whoever has the time to sit there and read all that crap has some serious issues

You folks have too much time on your hands. Don't you work? How many social networks do you think you need? Mylot is quite enough for me. At least we earn while we are passing our time!
