Money gram and Western Union not doing direct deposit

As on my last discussion, I was trying to find a cheaper way to do a wire transfer oversea, and that money should be direct deposit to a particular bank account. Today, I called money gram 1- 800 number, the representative told me that, they won't do direct deposit, that particular person must pick up the money from one of their agency location in oversea. I called Western Union, they responded the same. Then out of no choice, I have to ask one of those Credit Union, their charges are outrageous just like one of those mega giant bank, $45 for an oversea wire transfer regardless the transfer amount. Gosh, any bank that would provide cheaper fees on wire transfer, does anyone know?
