I usually say warm words to my friends, not only friends, but also new people, and sometimes to myself. Saying good words doesn't mean lie. It could make people feel happy, or at least not feel bad. So why not?

It is good enough to receive warm words from people. So why not say these words to make them feel important.

I always say warm words to my mom and my boy friend. They are my best friends and I love telling them how much I love them. But to some of my close friends, I seldom say warm words like I miss you or I love you friend. But I know that they know how much I care about them.

Your question is: do you ALWAYS say warm words to your friends? My answer is: no. I don't. I say what has need to be said. So warm words if needed and also the truth if they ask for it. That is what friendship is about and what will make a relationship stronger. You need to know with whom you are dealing with and that you can trust someone for it's word.

I also appreciate your thoughts. Very often we make friends which do not like the informal way of talking as each person can not be the same. It is sometimes necessary to use warm words as every person like the affectionate way of talking
