Should I have a diet now?

Recently, I gradually felt more fat. I measured the weight and height, then calculate my BMI. My BMI is 23.7. It's mean that my weight is normal. However, my clothes were tight and I feel tired if I travel a lot. Should I have a diet now? I think it will be better if I can cut down weight about 2-3kg. How do you think?

rather than cutting your diet it is advisable to exercise or burn calories by natural ways like jogging or walking.Cutting the diet will make us weak and may also faint in our daily life

Sure. But I think I should do that. I'll eat more other foods such as vegetables etc...

As what you said, your weight is just normal, then why do you want to decrease your weight through dieting? If you're tired, then maybe you really need to rest.Since you travelled a lot,you really need to regain your energy,so just take your time.I suggest you can increase your activity or some exercises instead of dieting. It helps to recondition your body and for good blood circulation too.It can also helps you lose some weight if you want.

I only fear that I'm tired because I'm fatter. Because I don't feel like that before my weight is increased. Maybe because I don't move much. I forgot to say that I'm an office staff. I sit on chair almost time

You may be tired because of improper diet. I am also within my range for my height, but I want to lose weight. My clothes don't fit the way they used to and I can't afford to buy new. I weigh the same, but it is distributed different. I guess that happens when you get older, but you shouldn't have that problem yet. I also am disabled and have to pull myself with my arms a lot and figure the less I weigh the easier it would be. Maybe if you just ate more fruit, drank more water and exercised a little you would lose enough weight that your clothes would fit better.

Let's just go for healthier food than starving ourselves. I feel like I have added a few pounds these past few months and I kinda love it, but I feel sad though because I look really bad when I wear those fitting clothes I already have. I hate buying new stuff because I really don't have the money. But anyway, I think it would be best to just eat healthy foods and exercise.

Eating healthier will be beneficial but I would also include a little form of exercising. Taking walks after your lunch will certainly help a bit. Substitute any sugar drinks for water as water is very good during dieting as well plus it removed toxins from the body.

many people have normal body weight ,but they see themselves as being fat.Even if someone has a healthy body weight, physical inactivity ,improper diet has an unhealthy influence on their blood sugar and blood fats.in my opinion walking is the best sport to maintain a healthy weigh.
