Which is your favorite Restaurant and you favorite Food?

Hi, I usually hang out with my friends and have seen many restaurants. So If you go to a restaurant what are the factors you will be looking at before going. Is there any restaurants which you will regularly visit. My favorite food is Pani Puri. What about you?

Favorite and what I can afford is two different thing Hahaha! I prefer Kincaids but I couldreally only affod Chili's LOL!!
