The best and Natural way to feel Relaxed and good

In many cultures it is well known that certian sounds have healing and even spiritual results. The sound of a in the english word Father is one that comes to mind for me. This aaaaaaaa has measurable influence on the energy center call the heart chakra. Ommm is another sound, thought to be most sacred of all human sounds.If one will sit in silence and utter these sounds, one can feel their vibration though out the body. While these are positive sounds there are just as many negative sounds resulting in depression, hate and anger. All this is ancient knowledge.

I have had a life long love story with language which lead me to studying literature and becoming a writer in my native language. I perceive language as a very complex thing that has to appeal to both sides of our brain. The rational part will understand meanings, but the other part of out brain will capture even the silences between each word and the choosing one word instead of the other because of how it feels and sounds. It´s difficult for me to explain all this in English. It is not my language And I feel that I am not making myself understood. Yet I remember that at one time in a workshop I was attending, the writer in charge was an intimate friend of Gabriel García Márquez, the colombian Nobel Prize winner. He told us that García Marquez, at one time was very frustrated. He was writing about a very warm day " and the page did not get hot" When I write in my language, I try to make the page "get hot". In poetry that is a must. If it doesn´t happen, the poem is worthless.
