I have just read an article that water has proven to be effective as a treatment of some certain diseases. Drinking water with an empty stomach helps you to maintain good health and treat diseases like cancer, arthritis, pulmonary infection and etc. You only have to drink four glasses of water right after you wake up. After that you brush your teeth and do not eat anything for forty five minutes. After forty five minutes you may not eat. After fifteen minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner, do not eat anything or drink for two hours. It is 100 percent cure for some diseases and it has successfully found by the Japanese medical society. This is a very good information. Water therapy really works.

When I was in my teen, for whatever reason I've seen my physician and he sent me for some lab works. Upon seeing the result of the lab exams, it reveals that I have a little bit high cholesterol level. Upon knowing this I began to panic and rushed back to my doctor and he told me to calm down and advised me to take a lot of water and I will be alright. I did followed the advise and after some days, I was fine.

Water therapy is really important. It is the best practical and natural way on preventing diseases, rather than spending a lot of money on some things. Stay healthy my friend.

Hi tess! That's really an interesting trivia! I do believe in water therapy. I do it if I have colds, allergy or fever. But I have never tried drinking lots of water in the morning before meals. Drinking a glass after waking up is already hard for me to do. (I drink a glass of water before breakfast because I take vitamins) And it would be hard for me also because there are mornings that I wake up hungry so I eat breakfast immediately. Anyway, it would be good if people can follow that.

Yes, I agree that water is the best cure for a lot of diseases that we human beings suffers. We don't need to worry about buying synthetic medicines everyday or every time we suffer from something, just drink a lot of it. For example, a lot of water a day will surely flush toxins from our body, helps in getting rid of small stones embedded in our kidney and softens the vowel accumulated in our large intestine that will prevent us from having colon cancer. True enough, water is the very source of life.

I do know that water is very much needed for us to eliminate our wastes regularly. It can even treat your Urinary Tract Infection, when you drink a glassful every hour. Four glasses? Wow, i can't even get to drink 2 glasses because it bloats me so much. But i guess, i am fine with what i do in the morning. Drinking one cupful of lukewarm water on my empty stomach. You can feel the hot water going down into your stomach. wow! But i think, i might try some of what you have just narrated and see for myself if it will really be good. Thanks my friend for the wonderful information.

Recently I just has an x-ray of my chest, and it turns out that my chest is in perfect condition. People ask me how it happened since I smoke heavily, and have been smoking for 3 decades. I just simply say that it has been my habit to be drinking water heavily since water will wash whatever toxins away from our body. I guess it paid off, though of course I don't encouraging smoking. I might just be one of the lucky ones.

I have heard this before and every morning upon waking I drink 3 large glasses of water before meditating. It is at least an hour before I eat anything then. I do not know whether it is a cure for all diseases or not though as I don't think I have anything serious, but if I have, then that is my karma.. _Derek

Well I don't really know if water can treat any disease but I am very certain that water can prevent diseases. Water cleanses our colon and it aids in digestion. It hydrates our body and it keeps us refreshed and cool. I believe water is a healthy stuff which most people ignore. They always exchange water to soda or other colored drinks which are nothing but junks.

Well, that's really good news if it is true. Drinking water does good for health. It's said that everyone needs at least 8 cups of water everyday. I usually drinks a cup of warm water after brushing teeth and before sleeping. I didn't count how many cups in daytime. But I think that's enough for me. Good luck.

It is really true that drinking water is a helps for health and that is why w have pure water given above.. And if we do not have pure, clean water, our body also starting aching, disease will multiplied.. thank God because He did provide our needs for the body..great helps..And it is better to wash my teeth first or brush it before to drink water because those bad smell in my mouth can wash out first and not to my stomach go when i am drinking water before cleaning teeth.

I agree that drinking water really helps because it cleanses our system. And helps us get rid of all those toxic in our body. But I think drinking 4 glasses of water straight for me is really difficult. Thanks for this information.

Most of us are well aware that we should increase our intake of water every day to maintain a good health. But most of the time we won't drink unless we are thirsty or while having food. Also, it is recommended that do not drink water alongwith the food, but we drink water while eating also. However for me, drinking water is a routine habit, I will automatically take water at times like once reach in office, after lunch and just before having tea etc. We should take care that we are only having pure water like, boiled water and mineral water so as to maintain good health. Thank-s

I think that most people who have ever tried to lose weight no of the advantages of drinking plenty of water. It's not surprising that drinking water is so important to a healthy body when you realise that water actually makes up 50 to 70 per cent of an adult's total body weight. This water content needs totting up regularly during the day as it is really important for the body's growth and healthy maintenance. Most adults need to drink between one and a half to three litres a day, although you may need more fluid if you're very physically active or during periods of hot weather. A recent study has shown that drinking water instead of fizzy drinks could significantly decrease the risk of diabetes and heart disease.

I have a heart condition in which the salt level in my body gets low. I need high salt foods and my cardiologist told me that I am supposed to drink at least eight glasses of water a day every day. Getting dehydrated could cause my condition to act out. With me that means that my blood pressure and heart rate drop too low and I lose consciousness. He has really stressed the need for water not juice or pop. Gatorade also helps me but is not as good as water. The disorder I have is called neurocardiogenic syncope.
