Hello Friends
If you are not good in starting discussions. Then you can make other user's discussions your own. Yes it will be good for all.
I mean usually everybody just used to find their interest related discussion and respond to it. Now don't just concentrate in your box(response). You can see your friends responses too and comment their as there is better chance that you can leave your comments in your friends box.
You can also read other responses. And if you think you can add something more to those responses then you can comment on them too.
So by this way we can add good contribution to that discussions from our side. And that's what mylot is all about. By this way you will have fun too.
I have seen many lotters doing these and I am trying to follow them for this too. This will keep you engage more. And if you found discussion related your interest then you don't need to go for search other more discussions.

Hi akp1000 yeah that's what i see many of you are doing in the first page hope to drop by there after this
concentrating in some discussion and just jumping from one box to another do help the discussion and also it helps in getting many views
and commenting on friends box is a great way to know everyone here in mylot

I have been known to interact with many in a particular discussion, but only if I can add additional content. I won't go in and say I agree, simply to post. I have seen several add some really great additional comments which is great as we get to know more and more members this way. Plus it gives us a chance to carry the discussion into another level.
I like at times too where someone shows up in a box and adds a different twist to the discussion where it causes the discussion to flow and further more.
It is like offline conversations where we don't usually stick to the initial subject. Doing so would make for a 
discussion. lol

Hello Dear akp! You are absolutely right! That is the speciality of Mylot and this way we can make this site a discussion forum in true sense! Just by replying a discussion in he form of a response and leaving the topic would make the entire process as a question answer type which is not the motto of this site!
Apart from the advantage what you have quoted this gives a better opportunity to earn more as we need not waste lot of time in search of a new discussion of our interest which may take some time and again in participating in another's discussion we are increasing the chances of getting our participation more which counts a lot in Mylot!
By getting exposed to different members we are in fact giving an opportunity to ourselves to get a good rating from others if we are sensibly commenting as each of our posting is subjected for rating! Thanks for sensible and useful discussion!All the best!

AKRao.. Yes very true. That's what mylot is all about. It is not question answer site like some other sites. It is all about discussions and unless we don't used to discuss here we will not get the positive results in our earnings.

HAhah...I know this topic is specially for me because I always try to find out my discussion from others mostly I started discussion on the response of others or catch the one point from the discussion of others and start my own.

Well.. I haven't started this for anyone friend.. It is the best way of mylotting i guess.
Whenever we are responding to others discussion then better we don't just sit and wait for comments of starter of the discussions or other. We can add our contribute in other responses too.

I always do that.When i was new to MYLOT i used to respond to more and more discussions but recently i feel its better to choose some interested discussions and further discussion by putting comments to other responses.Its nice way to interact people and have FUN.
Thats the reason why my activity rating is not increasing these days as it used to be when i was mew here.But i love to interact more and more with people on my interested topics.

Well.. By this way we don't need to go for more searching more topics to response.
And I guess this is the better way of mylotting and fun. Don't worry about your interest rating. Because the discussions you are choosing like this for response , that interest will be increased by great.

hi akp I think you have it all nailed down here. We can have fun when we join in the comments and if we see one that engages us
and we have an intelligent idea we comment on comments and the
discussion is furthered and blossoms like a great big flower
into a lively discussion. these are what makes me happy to join in the fun. Also we further our great wonderful online friendships
too as all appreciated us responding to their good discussions like that. the more the merrier.

Hello AKp100, In the old days we called that "barging in" my friend rberon1985 once introduce this method of pre engaging on tht topics that involves commenting on responses and other comments over and over again. as of now, I am having a hard time posting my response or comments on other users. time flies by, am not that good with responding anymore. life is sure is different way back 2008

Which is good way of getting our self busy on one discussion. We don't need to find more for the same. Its not meaning that we must have to comments all the responses.. i am talking about to add in responses in which we think that we can add something more info.2 people like this

Yes I really agree with that and it's really a very good idea to be implemented by others or the newbies. Sometimes, through this way it makes me attached to just a single or two discussions in one day by keep responding and talking with others in not just my box but others box too. One thing I bear in my mind that there are certain people who dislike others to drop in some comment in their boxes because they just like one way of interaction between them and the poster only. So there is no way for others to get in and they will get mad if you do so. I have read some comments when they said that they hate people who intrude in their box but for me it is not wrong at all to get all over the place in one discussion as long as we got point of doing so and not just talk about nothing useless~(^^)

Not a problem at all..you are welcome to do so and I don't mind. Luckily you never encounter such problem as me I always get warning from them. But now I know who likes to talks more and those who are not. I will not write anything commenting their points whenever I met those people.What do you feel if you get a comment asking you to stop doing that??(^^)

Yes I think I do that all the time, browse around for interesting topics and jump in. I usually start with friends' topics as they are more likely to interest me, that's why they are accepted as friends in the first place, we have some common grounds to begin with.
I see you are doing very well with this topic, many people are responding to you and you are responding right back. A discussion like this can be active for days and days. The thing is to have fun, then the responders will enjoy too.

I like this way of discussing but then it takes up a lot of time and we can only afford to do this when we really have much time to spend at the computer. I see you have been going on for hours, don't you need to sleep?

Yes we had lots of fun on first two pages.. And we can have same on third too. Yes like this way we can enjoy more with friends and other mylotters. And this will carry on with the discussions. I wasn't doing this from starting but i see some lotters doing this thing very good so I decided to follow them.

I think that's a great idea, I'll try doing it too. Actually, I'm not really good at starting discussions but I still tried to do it and I only have a few responses which I commented and the discussion stopped there. No more interacting it's only rare that I received a comment to my comment. I have to thank you for this because it might help me to enjoy mylot more.

Hello Dear Pahak! It will not only help you to just enjoy yourself but it will also add to your earnings and makes you exposed to others to get familiar with them! A good comment or additional information can fetch you a positive rating every time you post if it is liked by the participants which gives you an additional advantage of improving your star rating! You are not really good at starting discussions??Are you kidding?? Your number of discussion is almost like me even if you are just a few months being here. So you are better than me~ It depends on the discussions itself. If we can drag in on and on to long conversation then it is absolutely good for both party but we can't say that every discussion will last that long. There are some topic and discussion which only like a single question with a single answer only. Anyway for me myself I like to make the conversation long as it is much more fun that way. I will only stop reply to it when I have no more idea or points to say.hehe...(^^)

Yes AKRao is correct.. It will boost up your earnings and also by this you can make more friends here.. More friends means whenever you start discussion your most of the friends will be their on your discussion. So this is surely good for all the way. Best of luck.
