Are Popups good or bad???? can u help me up here????

Can somebody tell me what is a popups bloked? I downloaded Cashpher and says in the left corner cashgopher website popups bloked (Fix) , is that good or bad ? do i have to unbloke it?? to get earnings? can u help me pls , i m all cofused about that, i am afraid of viruses. Thanks.

pop ups are mostly annoying so I block them. A virus can be everywhere, at sites you visit at msn etc. If you love all these pop ups then reinstall it again, if not leave it the way it is. Your computer will be faster that way too.

Popupd are bad, not only can they contain viruses that can ruin your computer, they're also very annoying.
