Have you experienced being spooked by a 'supernatural' incident or being?

Supernatural here means incidences or beings not out of this world?
I was not a believer. But one day, this experience:
I am alone in my office, as in 'alone', nobody shares my room. Staffs and fellow office mates go to my room when there are things that need to be discussed and resolved. The nature of my job actually is more on coordination and communication.
One working day, I decided to render OT as there was work that has to be finished. I decided to leave at 6:30 pm. At past 6 PM, I heard a whisper in my ear like a sigh. I turned my head, and of course found no one. I tried to console myself and got up and look around though I know I will see nobody. I was at that time trying to be brave. I continued my work at the computer when again, at 6:15 PM, another sigh, louder than the first, very near my ear, was heard.
I panicked and shouted silently, "Pack up! Pack up!" I hurriedly turned off everything, PC, AVR, UPS, AC, lights, and went out of my room. My head felt hanging and swelling.
I did not feel anything more than what I heard, no goosebumps, no cold feet, but just the head feeling like it is swelling.
Have you encountered something like this? Or worse? What do you think did I experience back there?

Yeah I have experiences of these spooky things usually at the office.
There are instances that they will pull your ear, playing you paper work and hiding your keys.

I have never encountered anything like it and I honestly do not believe in that stuff. I think it could have been that you were either starting to get a headache or you were overworked. Also, being on a computer can make your eye and head feel heavy. I do not think it was a ghost or spirit or anything. You were tired.

Well, I said that because when you start to get a headache or your eyes are fatigued, you can hear noises in your head thinking it was a whisper. Also, if you had some wax in your ear, that could also cause it. I don't know because I do not believe in that stuff.

When it's not my experience, I would instinctively try to explain it scientifically.
No, I have had no supernatural, or paranormal experiences ever and I would never want to wish one to happen to me.
Believe me, your story sort of spooked me out, but maybe it was from another room. Is there a newly installed office beside or behind yours? Could it have been a new halloween ringtone of an officemate? Perhaps your AC needs cleaning?
I was almost driven to the edge of my sanity when I swear I could hear someone groaning in my room, only to find out that it was my squeaky (but in baritone pitch) cabinet door that opens and closes as the wind from my electric fan blew on it.

no, it was a whisper which was louder the second time around. there was nothing around that could have caused a whisper. i could almost feel the air from the right side of my head.
my room is sandwiched between two rooms. there were no structure that will cause the sound as it really sounded very near to my ear. the AC was positioned not close to me. if it was the AC, it would be a different sound.

Maybe you were really really tired? But yes, I've experienced something like this. It was Friday the 13th, in elementary school & I went to the bathroom and I heard a girl humming in the stall next to mine. When I got out of my stall to wash my hand, the stall next to mine was open and nobody was in there! But it wasn't so scary to me because it felt like someone was really there, not a spirit. It was just scary because in the end nobody was ever there. There was 3 times, when I was thinking of really scary things, and the lights went out! Those scared me more.

That's sounds interesting but really freaky at the same time. These things never happen to me. Your sort of lucky but sort of not if you get what I'm saying.
I would be so freaked out and scared if that happened to me.
I have a pretty average life nothing that weird happens. I'm not a believer either bit I believe you because you wouldn't make it up.

I do believe on such incident 'though I've never experienced it even once. My brother experienced some spooky thing too when he was at his room trying to get some sleep. He suddenly felt someone was coming, but he did not mind at all. And again it's like someone is coming really near, but he did not turned to see who or what it was... he suddenly felt the bed move and the sound it made like someone sat on it. By that time he was feeling a little scared already but too afraid to turn his head to check what it was because there isn't anyone that's suppose to be there because his roommates were all at work. Suddenly he felt someone sigh on his ear. That's the time he turned his back to, stand up and shouted just to be surprised that no one was there.
He decided to turn on all the lights in the room. He has to sleep only there, nowhere to go... he had no choice but try to go back to sleep =)

I have on a few occasions.
When I was between 4 & 6 years old, my family lived in an isolated , rural farmhouse. To get to the house, people had to drive down a an incline, through a creek, and about half of a mile up a dirt lane, then pass through a small pasture where the cows roamed to graze. It was surrounded by forest for about 2 miles in three directions. The highway was just above the creek. I wasnt afraid of the dark at the time, but I saw what appeared to be a demon or a djinn in my living room on Christmas Eve.
We had family spending the night. They were camped out on the living room floor and I needed to use the bathroom. As I passed through the living room I looked down so that I didn't step on anyone.. and was greeted by a green, demonic looking head.. with long tan horns, pointed ears and a pointy chin... it had whiskers that resembled a catfish. Long pointed teeth. It was smiling at me as if to laugh or mock me. They had to drag me to the bathroom.... A lot of strange things happened in that house. Things disappeared all of the time and reappeared weeks later - if at all. The deadbolt locks turned all by themselves and the doors would creep open. That happened to my other uncle one summer night and he fled the place in the middle of the night. The reverend from the nearby church said that palace was evil and refused to go near it. A later tenant that my family met also told similar tales...
No real incidents after that until about a year ago. That's when we noticed the shadow figure. I feel that it is masculine.. but the shadow moves along one wall in particular. The cats often stare at the same wall and meow seemingly at nothing toward the wall. It appears at certain times of the day.

I can't say that I've ever had the experience of hearing something when there was no one in the room with me. However, there have been many times in my life that I've had the feeling of someone being there when there is no one there. This has happened to me many different places during my life. It happened the most frequently when I used to work at one of the local hospitals and it was always in a certain elevator. However, it has also happened to me at a property that my mother used to own and at my grandmother's house.

No, I cannot really say that I have experienced anything like that. Well at least nothing that can be easily explained away. A lot of the time, there were a number of things that occurred that freaked people that I knew out. Perhaps they could be easily explained in many ways. Or perhaps they are of a certain other origin. I just never experienced them.
Then again, there have been a lot of strange things that have occurred in the world that I am honestly not surprised all that much about. The supernatural is something that is fascinating to many and for good reasons. Is there another plane of existence that only certain people can see. It is really something to think about and it is kind of unsettling when you think about it?

i know that this may sound fiction but this is true. it is truly kind of unsettling. i am still in that room, never requested to be transferred but i am always alert about sounds and presence.
prayers do help me a lot. i know what i do not see cannot harm me as what is written in the Bible. still, it is truly unsettling, and it made me think why it happened, and what the message is all about. though i am not really willing to know.
