A congressman (Matt Damon) who's a rising star on the political scene finds himself entranced by a beautiful ballerina (Emily Blunt), but mysterious circumstances ensure that their love affair is predestined to be a non-starter. Screenwriter George Nolfi (The Bourne Ultimatum) makes his directorial debut with this romantic adaptation of Philip K. D. classic sci-fi short story "Adjustment Team." -Netflix This was a really good movie. It was done well and kept me wondering what was going to happen. I think it would be really creepy if things where like this, but it almost makes you wonder if your life is they way it is cuz of you or cuz of someone else. I don't know how many times I have though back about things and wondered how it would be if I did something differently.

I saw this movie a while back and it was quite interesting, not your usual romantic film. It also showed me how Matt Damn's character really loved the girl, to go through all of that. It would be nice if more creative and interesting movies like this would be done...

I agree they need to keep up these kind of movies any more it kinda seems like they are running out of ideas so they just choose to remake an older movie.

I am a huge Matt Damon fan clear back to the bourne movies. i loved the Adjustment bureau. The only thing is with this movie that if you missed one single thing it threw off everything entirely. but with Matt damon how could you miss anything?

lol yes Matt Damon is a very good actor and I enjoy his movies, but I have not yet seen the bourne movies, I am going to have to check them out too because the movies I have seen with him in it have always been good.

Yeah, i watched this movie in HBO. hehe I thought it is good.. exciting even whenever matt damon would try to do things to get past the bureau. hehe i guesswe all have always thought about these things, the what ifs of our lives... I myself have a lot of these, and well maybe i would really not know the answer of what's on the other side because i chose to take the turn. I wish though i would still somehow find happiness in all this.

I didn't know it was played on HBO yet huh. But yes it was fun to see how he would try to trick them and to see what the Bureau would do to get back at him.

i think theres two perspective to this movie.. if u look at it as a romance movie..then i think its alrite..especially when they ran across the baseball field.. if mystery/scifi if u on ur mind..this movie doesnt deliver..badly written..if it were made in the 50s or 70s.. will be huge hit.. same goes to Spielberg recent SUPER 8.. not good enuff for 2011 but would be okay if done in 80s..during the Goonies era..
