Gian Piero Gaseperini has been blamed for poor performance of Inter Milan at the beginning of this season. Contributed over the decline of the Nerazzurri club is making off Samuel Eto'o.
"Eto'o is is one of the best players in the world. He can not be replaced. When he came out it caused problems for Inter as Eto'o, especially last season, Inter have closed the issue with the goal-tally," said the former Inter striker Alessandro Altobelli on Football Italia.
After two seasons defending Inter, Eto'o last summer sold to Anzhi Makhachkala. Cameroon striker's departure was a great loss on the front lines Nerazzurri since the total of 101 games in all competitions he had contributed 53 goals plus 22 assists.
Although "La Beneamata" then bring Diego Forlan and Mauro Zarate, plus the two names Giampaolo Pazzini has not proved able to lift Inter.
"Without him the difficulties that have surfaced Inter. Someone seems to be making a difference in Italy," continued the Italian players who accompany the 1982 World Cup.
Inter while sitting in 17th position standings by collecting four points. Of the five games that have been passed they made ??seven goals and conceded 11.
do you agree with altobelli opinion?? or do you had own opinion about inter performance??

I heard that during the winter break which is longer in Russia, Eto'o will be on loan at Inter, so the question will be answered, if Eto'o can still be an asset for Inter or not. Of course, he was one of the best players at Inter, but he is not so young anymore and maybe he wanted a calmer team to play at for much more money.
If the loan move will be completed, we will have the answer.

Inter has lost again yesterday, to Catania. I don't know if the players who are there and have won so many trophies can still be motivated. I guess a major change of players is needed there, if they want to get back in the winning path.

adhyz82,
Since the beginning, professional observers have already anticipated and written off the ex coach Gaseperini but I don't think all's lost or too late giving him the boot.
Eto can never be replaced, not even Forlan and Zarate especially when it comes to gifted and instinctive forwards. The latter are no where near in those departments.

Seems like you have a problem understanding what I meant and I wonder how's that so. Care to read again?

I honestly have no opinion of it. I don't know about it.

I think Etoo is a prolific goal scorer. He has always scored goals at all the clubs he has played. I think it was never going to be easy for Inter to replace him. But to be fair to Inter, he was ageing and I think at this stage if there is a good offer in the hands, most clubs take it.
Cheers!

No team should be a one man team. IF the entire team is relying on Eto alone, they will suffer like now. Even if Eto is not sold, what if he's injuried throughout the whole season, or had a drop of form? What's inter going to do? A team is made up of 11 players and they should contribute fairly instead of expecting one player to conjure up magic at crucial moments.
