What has gone wrong with Yahoo mailbox

Formerly, as long as I opened my Yahoo mailbox, there were a lot of information about my mylot friends in it. In which who has started discussions,who has made response and the like,It was clear at a glance,then I made response one by one.However,a few days ago,I suddenly found that in my mailbox many my mylot friends who generally made response to my comment didn’t do so.Whether they were busy or off line? I was annoyed when I clicked “discissions my friends started”,because many of my friends actually had made responses.I don’t know what I should say.Yahoo mailbox had put me in a discourtesy spot.I can’t help it.Now I have no choice but click “discissions my friends started” and make responses.

Two days ago I had problems with my Yahoo mail too (and I told a friend here about it).
I cleared my cookies and all was well again.
I know how bad it feels when notifiers are not arriving or we are not able to acess our mail

That also happened to me last week for a couple of days. Mylot had some problems that's why sometimes I don't receive notifications. At first, I did not know that there were some problems, that was why I did not know that were already replies from my friends and I was not able to read them.

I guess it's understandable.
I mean, I think that happened to all of us at the same time.
What I did was, I visited all the discussions that I responded to know if there were new comments for me.
I guess the notifications are working now.

I believe that it was not Yahoo which was at fault but the MyLot Notification system. There have been many problems recently with the MyLot database (notably in updating earnings) and I, too, have noticed that some of the notifications have not been arriving.
While the email notifications are certainly a help, it would be wise not to rely on them entirely. The best plan, if it is responses to your discussions which you are concerned about and, in particular, comments which others have made in your discussions, which often do not generate notifications, is to regularly scan one's own discussions to make sure that they are properly maintained and that you can make comments where they are needed.

First of all, for about five days we had a problem here and no one was getting the notifications of discussions friends started. It is supposed to be fixed now. I also had this problem once and found that for some reason my e mail thought all mylot mail was spam and it went to my trash folder, so look in there. If the problem is still not solved, go to the bottom of one of our pages and contact MyLot, or contact GoAskAlice, and talk about this problem, it may be something on the part of MyLot that is causing this problem for you still, and they will want to know about it.

Yes my friend I don't believe it had anything to do with yahoo. As the system here had a few glitches. I am still receiving some old notifiers and at the time of the glitch no friend started discussions were coming through.
Today it actually seems to be working fine. But I noticed this was happening, I believe for over a week, it was one glitch after another.

I noticed that too friend, a thought came to me that a lot of my friends removed me from their friend's list, but I checked on discussions my friends started and they are all there but not in my mail, so I drew the conclusion that this is still a fallout of the problem we experienced last week.

Among the comments of this dicussion,one of my mylot friends pointed out that it wasn't Yahoo emailbox that was at fault but the Mylot notification system.I think there is something in what he said.
