Beyoncé accused of plagiarism by Belgian choreographer

Anne Theresa De Keersmaeker (difficult name, yes :)) is a well-known Belgian choreographer. She has a very typical style. Women, long dark hair, skirts, loose shirts, old empty factory buildings, chairs. Movements with lots of circles, turns, and with a certain rhythm, fast steps and suddenly a kind of freeze.
Being a choreographer, myself, this angers me. See this video so that you can see the stolen sections of the video.

I believe Beyonce should not be blamed solely when her management team including choreographer should be in the blame for this unfortunate plagiarism incident.
Celebrities like her would have a team of people working for her managing every aspect of her performances and eventually productions.

But she IS the owner of her name and when you own a business, the buck stops wit you and she should make sure that her name is not soiled. I cannot believe that she had no idea. This is NOT the first time. If it was, I would MAYBE forgive her.
