Hai friends...I can say that i am very poor listener. If some one starts saying anything to me at first i will concentrate on their words but when the discussion goes on i will get diverted. Don't know why..can you suggest me some tips on this... Thank you in advance friends....

Do you have trouble concentrating on other things as well or is it just listening? I sometimes have a hard time listening when certain people are talking... people who are "long-winded" or if they're talking about something that just doesn't interest me. Vitamin deficiency can lead to concentration problems too. Try boosting your iron and vitamin C intake.

you're welcome! since you're pregnant, (just came from your other post!) has your doctor said anything about you being anemic or anything? i was but i wasn't able to take the prenatal vitamins, i would chew 2 flintstone vitamins before bed and that took care of it.

Draw circles one inside to one and look at circle one by one from bigger to smaller. By doing ten to fifteen minutes daily your concentration will improve.

Try doing meditation, it is a best mind excercise for concentration. Meditation will come only in practice. Do meditation in the early morning, so that you will not get any kind of disturbances.

It is a mental condition. Nothing serious, you just have a short attention span. I have the same. When it happens, when the person is just about to complete a sentence, try to say something or give your POV of the discussion. It brings you back.
