dharan Hi! It's pot water as It's a natural way of cooling; Pot cleans some impurities in water (pores). More-over refrigeration is an artificial process but pot water isn't.

dharan I've seen some guys who have the habit of hearing songs before sleep. They get addicted now, they won't get into sleep before hearing songs. So I prefer to listen songs in my spare time but not before my sleep.
