There is no perfect account or online payment processor. But in my observation, pay pal is too much care about their security, and also for their costumers..And that is great ,because it is needed that security is very important..And i am also salute them because they really helps me and also my account they keep it clean or safe. But what comes in my mind ,questioning about why other countries pay pal is not allowed..?Give me the reasons, why .I know that fraud ,scammers can found in any places, but there is country that a place or fraudulent,or scammers .. In our country, pay pal and alert pay are allowed and other account and i am also thankful to it..

well...maybe the only reason why people do not use paypal, is paypal charges too much for the sending/withdraw any payment. And also, we must use credit card to do transaction thru paypal. Right now, I do not have any credit-card account. I cut all my credit card 11 years ago. So, it is impossible for me to use paypal now. even when they say, I can use any debit card with master/visa logo. Still the website rejected me.

I am using Liberty Reserve now. And I have the comparison list of charges between Liberty Reserve, Paypal n 2 others. Yes, Paypal charge much more than Liberty Reserve. Paypal charges both receiving n sending money, meanwhile LR charges only receiving.

Can't say for sure, but I think it is due to the high numbers of fraudulent activities that comes from a country. Well, not all people who come from that country are bad though; but if most of them are bad people, then it would not good for the overall business - not only Paypal itself, but members of Paypal can also being scammed by them!. So, it can't be helped. A preventive measures has to be taken. And as result, Paypal isn't allowed members from several countries..

Yeah, scammers and swindlers are everywhere though, but I think we are talking about the number/ the frequency here.. Paypal can only block several countries with high number of fraud. If a fraud activity always results to ban the whole country, I think Paypal already banned all countries xD

I like pay pal and other secure payment places to keep your money safe from people trying to take it. Pay pal is accepted in some countries and not others. Why I am not sure of. But there is others like alert pay that helps to for other places that pay pal doesn't cover. Which is a good thing. But I am glad they are secure to protect us from having our money taken.

That is really true, Paypal is real sensitive, if any suspicious activities on your account, they will immediate put your account limited and then you have a lot of documents you need to submit to them to proof that you are the owner. Although that is too troublesome, but at least they did something to protect their customer's money.

Sadly they make the decisions and changes based on previous experiences. We are speaking about money so they have to assure they provide top notch security. Although at times it seems extremely harsh and disheartening, but I figure if I was a victim, I surely would have wanted the protection. It is like our offline banking that unless we provide full identification they will not release any information to us about our own accounts. Something that at times I find a bit tedious but can appreciate taht my money is being protected.

I was thinking some countries have no direct money exchange or exchange currency. You can asked directly to Paypal for this inquiry.

i think paypal is more strict than sensitive. and they do it not only for the sake of other good members but also to protect their business.
