I've met a lot of people that create handmade jewelry. Besides jewelry there are other things to do with your hands: photoframes, jewelry boxes, painted bottles etc. What do you think about handmade products? Would you buy them?

Yes for sure, I will buy any hand made product atleast to encourage the person who has put in an effort to make it. There are machines replacing man at every field but still there are some people who have not surrendered their talents and skills to machines we should appreciate those people by buying the things which are handcrafted by them, The latest handicraft i bought was a ship made out of bamboo it was a roadside middle aged man he was making it sitting in a small piece of cloth on a busy road side. The previous one was from a handicraft exhibition where an old lady exhibited her talent in making handcrafted handbags for ladies. I am proud that my state is also encouraging these people by keeping handicraft exhibitions to showcase their talent to the masses

I am really glad that you are a handmade fan. In my country it's not so well appreciated and I really don't understand why. For example, girls like to buy a lot of jewelry, but they prefer to buy them from stores that have thousands of pieces like that, rather than from a person that will create a unique product.

Handicrafts - Awesome things made by hands
Well I do admire people who have the skill to make handicrafts. I think they really are admirable because they make great things out of simple things. Personally I do love to buy handicraft items because I send them to my friends abroad. They do love handmade crafts a lot so I want to delight them with these extraordinary gifts.

Hello madelin., If I like what I see and I can afford it I will buy it yes. Much better than mass produced things such as clothes badly sewn that start coming undone almost right away skirts are the worst especially if they have a lining in and the hems too are very often crooked so much that you can tell. So although more expensive hand made things like clothes last longer I still have a skirt from a suit that has outworn everything else I have had.xxx

I would most definitely like handmade items. I also would like to know how to make things but I am just not that talented in that way. People just seem to have talent.

What things do you like? Jewelry, objects? You can search for handmade tutorials and you can find a lot of interesting ways to do stuff all by yourself.

For me when I usually buy garments, I do look up to quality and I must say, handmade products do have the best quality in terms of durability since they are made by extensive craftsmanship and they are not factory made so this means that every detail be it design and strength has been carefully monitored by its crafter.

I appreciate handmade stuff. It deserves a high price if effort is put on the item. I don't mind encouraging the people who create such things by buying from their products, especially if the person's job is solely to produce these items!
