Waking up without any back or body pains, muscle spasms and stressful morning, enough sleep is very vital. Ideally person needs to have 8 hours and up to achieve that best sleep, but, is it really attainable to all? What do you think?, Are you one of the luckiest person being given a chance to sleep that long? ME, I usually have 5 to 7 hours of sleep, due to many tasks that I need to finish night and day. The Ideal one is not applicable to me. How a wish to sleep that long. Have a great day

Last Friday I went to a hospital because one of my office mate need a blood donor for her mother that will undergo heart bypass. When we are screened in the nurse station of the Blood Bank, I was denied to donate because of low hemoglobin count. This is because: I DON'T GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Our body perform many task when we are asleep. So take at least 8hrs of nap every night.

Yeah it's actually more difficult to get the full recommended 8 hours of sleep especially if you're working. I sometimes have really short sleeping hours too. But during the weekends, I'd usually sleep in to have my full rest.

For me, it can vary each and every single day. It really does depend on how physical a day the previous day was for me. There are many times where it is a bit harder for me to pull myself up out of bed in the morning some days as it is on others. To shake off the cobwebs and to really pull myself up to a standing position. A mood that is really going to allow me to get things going and sometimes it takes a bit more sleep. I think on average for me it will be a good solid 6 to 8 hours. However, there have been times where I have got on with as few as three or four. Of course, I was utterly tired by the end of the day, but for most of the day, I was more than fine. I guess it really depends on how much energy that I was going to burn on each and every individual day of my life. There are going to be times where I am going to walk it off and shake things off.

Sleeping for 8 hours is a luxury for me because of my busy schedule it's almost impossible for me to sleep that long, I usually sleep for just around 4-6 hours but when I don't have work I sleep as long as possible sometimes more than 12 hours. Actually there is no exact number of hours recommended it is more about the quality of sleep rather than how long it is here a reference for the detailed explanation about that http://www.sleepfoundation.org/article/how-sleep-works/how-much-sleep-do-we-really-need , it is very informative hope you'll enjoy reading

I sleep between 5 and 7 hours a day also and I am only in high school. I am taking all honors classes so I have several hours of homework each night.

Most experts recommend 7 to 8 hours of sleep and that seems to be just about right for me. I sleep more soundly if I get plenty of exercise during the day and get off my computer about an hour before I need to go to bed.

I do not get a lot of sleep, as i am having to top up on meds to get rid of my pain during the night.I have broken nights sleep, so i tend to try to stay in bed as long as possible.Of a weekend i have the whole morning just laying in bed, as my husband knows what my sleeping pattern is like.

Well,i think that enough sleep would be about 7 to 8 hours.People would feel relax and great when we get up in the morning. So,enough sleep is really important for us and we could be energetic the next day.So i keep a healthy and regular routine and do not stay up late in the evening.Have a nice day.
