None of my friends in real world are in mylot or thinking to join.I feel lone and alone.:(

I just feel like being alone in another world at times because I really don't know anyone here personaly.None of my friends in real world are also in mylot and none wants to join me here.At times I just feel lonely because sometimes I just feel like being an outcast.hehe.:-)
It would have been better if even just one of my friends join me here.:)
Have you ever felt the same my fellow mylotters?

hey ferb,
you need not be depressed about it.i too don;t have any common friend on both the arena.i have completely different sets of people in online and offline world.and i never thought of Getting it combined.
its my own personal space and i feel so comfortable sharing my thoughts here with my virtual friends.

You are right.I shouldn't be depressed only because I know no one here personally
I should just think that the real and virtual world are the same so I will not feel to bad.I should just make friends here the way I do in the real world.

yes that's true.the person on other side of the screen is also a person with same bones and blood.so you can be friends with them to.but never get trapped in any deep relationship as some people are always in a plot of trapping innocent people.
if you could be a bit cautious,you can gain some great friends here.
i have got a few with whom i interact freely.

i dont have personal friends here too ferb! that is what i felt when i was still new here in mylot. dont worry. that is a challenge to find new friends in the cyber world. sometimes you can share things to your cyberfriends that those personal friends dont need to know

Yes.I think many people here in mylot are better than people I know in the real world.I should stay more in mylot to make more good friends.:)

you don't have to be warried about this. it's just another world in which you can make other friends. it is a place very different from reality, and you shouldn't be shocked by this. I am in your same situation: none of my friends are users of mylot. many times i tried to make them subscribe, but i always failed. The only good thing is to take this with philosophy. don't care about your problem and make new friends here. You can learn a lot of things from people very far that you would never be able to know during your daily life. good luck!!

Don't worry friend i was also like you when i joined MYLOT but recently i have lot of friends here and now i don't feel alone as there are lot of friends here with whon i can share my emotions.
I would suggest you to interact with more and more people here surely you will find lot of people worth to be your friend once you will have friends you won't have that feeling but you will say i can't live without MYLOT as there are lot of friends here without them i won't be able to live*hehehe*

Hello ferbjohn, Actually when I was new and got paid three times, i started showing mylot to every one that i know but it seemed no one was interested.but in the long run, it was a good thing for me, because i can surely express myself with out my off line friends or former batch mates from looking over

no, i feel quite the opposite. sometimes i say things here that i wouldn't want someone in my real life to know, so i am quite glad no one i know is a mylot member.
though the opposite also applies, there are a few things in my real life i wouldn't reveal on mylot, i see my mylot identity and my real life identity as seperate, and its quite fun to be someone a bit different, because you can find bits of you that you didn't know existed. as i find i sometimes see a discussion that i just wouldn't have in my other life, and then i discover something i didn't know i thought, and i enjoy that.

How can you mean a friend? people on mylot are not your friend? I think you dont need to compare between real world or virtual one. If you want to meet your friend in real world, you can use Facebook. Mylot is not a place to meet friend. In here you also make friend and share what you know, its helpful than chating for anything you dont care.
