I opened my Libertyreserve account since last year January 28, 2010.
I never use this account all of the while.
Now, I try to resume my Libertyreserve account to replace the problem Alertpay
After reading through the whole site of Libertyreserve, I am still puzzled about the methods to withdraw my money from this Libertyreserve.
From my understanding, there is no way for me to withdraw my money from this Libertyreserve and deposit it into my local bank here.
Am I having a right impression?
If I am right, then this Libertyreserve will be useless to me.

I have heard of Libertyreserve but did not have account with them, I only use Paypal as my main online account and AlertPay as my second choice. Since Alertpay have a very high withdrawal fees when we withdraw money into our local bank account, after many years, my Alertpay account still remain $0. :)
If Libertyreserve is like what you said, I would not consider to open account with them at all. It will be useless if they can't let us withdraw money to where we want especially to our bank account.

Glad to hear that you have ZERO balance in your alertpay account.
If you search by using the key words " Alertpay sccam", you are able to read a lot of negative feedback about alertpay.
I just cleared all for the balance in my Alertpay account. I am not sure if I shall be able to collect my payment or not. The fee was $15.00 USD for the amount of $60.00 USD.
After reading though the site Libertyreserve, there is no way we can withdraw our money from this Libertyreserve.
We shall not consider to use this payment processor at all.

hello, like you I also have an LR account that I do not use, for one it's because when you use it to pay a scam site, there's no way you can get your money back. From what I understand, you need money exchangers to be able to do anything with your LR money, I think that is where you should start, study money exchanging or exchangers and master how it's done, even transfering to your bank

In fact, you and me can be an exchanger here.\
From my understanding, the Libertyreserve will allow a member to transfer money to other member who has the libertyreserve account too.
If I work as a exchanger, I shall request you to transfer your LR money to my LR account. Then after deduction of the commission, I shall use my Paypal account to transfer my money with the net amount to your Paypal account.
This is the way an excahnger works. He or she jsut just like us.
However, it is very hard to get someone reliable to do so. Be careful for being scammed.
