Ive watched this movie from Jacky Chan that he looked for the child of neighbor and give to much sugar to a child which makes her really crazy active and hyper.
I think sugar is the main ingredients to make people hyper and alert. Plus some energy drink will taste awful if they wont add sugar in it.

Yes, I have read somewhere that energy drink are not good for our health because it has too much sugar. I stopped drinking energy drinks when I read that article. And it is not that effective to me anyway. I just switched to Gatorade, at least it tastes so much better lol.

I find the whole idea of energy drinks a bit worrying, as they seem to make most people very hyper and in some cases, unnaturally aggressive. I don't think they are necessary, because so long as a person eats a healthy diet and gets enough sleep, they should have enough energy for whatever they want to do, and peacefully, without resorting to these drinks.

I don't rink energy drink becuase it contains too much sugar and my doctor has instructed me to stay away from this kind of drink. Energy drink are laced with sugar to give energy to the body and boosts mental alertness but too much of it can really be damaging to one's health especially those in risks of increasing their blood sugar level.

I don't drink energy drinks with sugar or not sugar because simply I don't drink energy drinks.
For me I prefer to drink natural juices like pieapple or lemon juice.
I think that it is something to worry be drinking that kind of drinks with all that sugar, because becomes fat in the blood and can produce obesity.

Hi there... I've no faith in energy drinks. They contain a lot more sugar and gases etc. That is not good for health. I like fruit juices than red bull... Fruit juice is more refreshening than those... Take care...

I don't think that any energy drink is particularly healthy, because, at the end of the day, the sugar is what gives us the energy that we are drinking to seek in the first place. You should be aware that this might make you put on a lot of weight in the future, and it also only gives us energy boosts; the boost that it gives us is not sustainable and will fall within the space of usually an hour or so. The come down after drinking one of these can be a lot worse than how we felt in the first place, so we should probably try to avoid such products altogether.
